Is Simple Strokes free to use?
Yes. Core scoring, round history, and handicap trends are free. We'll always be upfront about anything that isn't.
Do I have to sign up for text alerts?
No. Text alerts are entirely optional and off by default. You can opt in from the app and opt out at any time by replying STOP.
What number do texts come from?
Alerts are sent from a standard 10-digit U.S. long code (10DLC), not a short code. It works just like texting any other phone number.
Will Simple Strokes sell my data?
No. We don't sell your personal information or your phone number, and text opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
